HR professionals across the globe are being challenged to step into a role that goes beyond the HR Generalist or Functional HR. Of all the roles that the HR Business Partner models suggest, the most powerful accelerator – and the biggest stretch – is the Strategic Partner role.

What will be covered?
This 4-month certificate programme is tailored to the needs of HR Business Partners within our clients, providing delegates with the core skills to begin growing themselves as a true strategic partner to the business.

  • Module 1: OD for HR (3 days) – An introduction to basic OD frameworks and principles as a way of work, in effective partnerships between HR, OD and line management.
  • Module 2: Business Acumen for OD/HR (2 days) - Engage with change and OD projects through the language of line, for business impact
  • Module 3: Introduction to Internal Consulting (2 days) – Build commitment with your internal clients, to contract, manage expectations and avoid no-win situations.
  • Module 4: Change Management (2 days) - Understanding and applying the principles of change management in organisations.
  • Module 5: Feedback and Integration Session (1 day) – draw together the threads and implications of the various modules. Action Learning Reviews & Reflection.

Between each module, action learning projects guide participants to apply their new tools and learning in the workplace.
