Dynamic Engagement

DYNAMIC ENGAGEMENT
by ENGAGEMENT DYNAMICS

What will you Learn:
Although the term, “Engagement” is used frequently, it is generally poorly defined and often even more poorly operationalised. Engagement is the "glue" which connects people to organisational effectiveness. Engaged people enable organisations to achieve their strategic objectives and to deliver on business imperatives. Engaged people "fit" into their organisations, occupying key strategic positions and playing critical roles in the processes and systems which drive efficient and effective organisational functioning. So, how can organisational leaders optimise engagement in the dynamic environment of business?

Exploring definitions of Engagement and examines the variables which impact on this elixir of organisational efficacy. It encourages a thorough and thought-provoking consideration of the complex and systemic nature of Engagement and of the relationship between Engagement and Change. Consideration is also given to factors which diminish Engagement and to ways in which Engagement can be improved. Finally, a challenging and specific examination is conducted into the role of Leadership in Engagement.
