Duration:

  • The programme kicks off with a traditional, classroom based training day, followed by various eLearning interventions over the course of the next three months.
  • The programme includes various practical assignments that can be easily applied and tested in the workplace.

Delivery Method:
What better way to teach people about eLearning than to let them experience it? This programme is offered in a blended learning format over a period of 3 weeks. Participants will be practically exposed to various eLearning technologies, including mobile learning, virtual classrooms and online collaboration forums. Also note that the programme is designed to be easy to participate in, allowing participants from various contexts to gain value from it, even in the midst of demanding work pressures.

The programme is not designed as a formal learning intervention with heavy assessment requirements. It is simply an easy-to-follow programme to equip the average HRD professional with the basic knowledge and skills to include eLearning in their portfolio of performance solutions.
