Life Coaching can be done either in a group context or on a one-on-one basis. Group coaching requires some preparatory work by participants. All coaching relies heavily on participants applying techniques and practices between coaching interventions.

The duration for group sessions is 2 to 3 hours, while individual sessions being more focussed require only 1 hour each.

Participants should attend 1 or 2 sessions monthly over a period of 6 to 12 months depending on the level of impact desired.

Delivery Method:

  • Group sessions are best conducted face-to-face
  • Individual sessions could be conducted telephonically or via Skype if face-to-face sessions aren’t logistically viable
