As parents, most of us want to express our appreciation to the teachers who have taught and encouraged our children through the year. Unfortunately most teachers receive loads of gifts which, whilst appreciated, often don’t have much lasting value – except on their stomachs.

“Time Out” Breakaways would like to partner with all parents in your child’s class to provide his/ her teacher with a gift which will have great personal value and lasting impact. “Time Out” Breakaways can craft a wonderful recharge experience for the teacher with the total amount contributed by all class parents. If enough money is raised a full day breakaway can include:

                    *   Sponsor’s gifts and surprises

                    *   Action and involvement

                    *   Fun, interactive and engaging activities

                    *   Optional spa treatments

and can be redeemed at the teacher’s convenience

How will it work?

  • If possible a class parent co-ordinates the collection effort and submits all payments and forms to us.
  • Otherwise individual parents may liaise directly with us and we will co-ordinate.
  • You can give whatever you choose but if each family contributes just R100 per teacher this will enable us to really spoil the men who add such value to your child’s life.
  • The total amount collected for each teacher will be spent on a tailored “Recharge” package.   

WHAT ABOUT THE UNSUNG HEROES?

For every 5 teacher retreats funded by parents, we will provide 1 free retreat/ breakaway to a member of the administrative team.
